THERAPY for adults & Teens - Online ACROSS New Jersey & Pennsylvania
YOU DESERVE
A LIFE THAT
FEELS GOOD.
let’s be honest:
Adult-ing is hard and Adolescence isn’t a walk in the park either.
This time in life can bring a unique mix of pressures - stress, changing relationships, questions about identity, purpose and uncertainty about the future. It's easy to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, anxious or depressed.
HOW THERAPY CAN HELP…
Therapy isn’t about judging you or telling you what you “should” do.
It’s about helping you:
Understand what’s actually going on beneath the surface
Learn how to manage anxious thoughts (instead of getting stuck in them)
Break patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed
Build realistic coping strategies that work in your day-to-day life
Feel more like yourself again
We’ll go at your pace—no pressure, no expectations to have it all figured out.
maybe…
Your mind won’t slow down
Everything feels heavy and you don’t know why
You’re going through a big life change and feel completely lost
You feel like you have to be strong for everyone else
I’M samantha.
Let’s talk about what’s really going on.
I work with young adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions—basically, all the stuff no one really prepares you for. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, figure things out at your own pace, and not feel judged or “analyzed.” Just real conversations that actually help. I use a Person-Centered approach to grow a genuine and trusting relationship and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to put a stop to the automatic thoughts and reactivity. We’ll work together to reduce the worries, build self-esteem and truly heal from past experiences so that you feel confident about your next steps.

When your thoughts won’t stop racing and everything feels like too much, we’ll work on helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control.
-
If things feel heavy, numb, or exhausting, therapy can help you reconnect—with yourself, your energy, and your sense of purpose.
-
Big changes can feel overwhelming, even when they’re “good” ones. We’ll help you navigate uncertainty and build confidence in your next steps.

Christian counseling is a space where you can explore your mental health while also making room for your faith—without judgment or pressure.
